Mandi is currently the Program Assistant for the Academic and Students Affairs department at the system office. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Grant Writing. She became interested in personality discovery in her early 20’s after reading about the Myers-Briggs theory of personalities. As a female INTJ, the rarest of all personality types, she began to discover who she was, why she responded the way she did in situations, how to build healthy relationships, and found freedom in being a little bit different than everyone else. She believes that if you can really get to the bottom of who you are, you will become a more effective communicator and that you will become a better critical thinker. The more you understand who you are, the more you will understand who others are. She also believes everyone should take at least one really hard philosophy class in their lives!
