Amanda has been an English Instructor at Community College of Denver since 2016, where she teaches a diverse student population with varying abilities and needs. She has been teaching reading and writing for the last fifteen years, and she currently serves on the Inclusive Excellence Leadership team at CCD. She studied English, Film, and Writing at the University of Northern Colorado, and earned an M.Phil in Popular Literature from Trinity College, Dublin. Her interests include using equity-minded teaching practices and OER in order to create inclusive environments for all.
