Tina Parscal, Ph.D. is the Associate Vice Chancellor for CCCOnline and Academic Affairs for CCCS. She provides executive leadership for CCCOnline and oversees system-wide academic technologies and online services and coordinates collaboration and communication among the colleges, CCCS, and CCCOnline. Dr. Parscal possesses broad higher education experience previously serving in such roles as an executive director, provost/chief academic officer, college dean, professor, and director. Notably, Dr. Parscal was named a “2014 Woman Worth Watching” by Profiles in Diversity Journal for her work in fostering diversity and inclusion in online learning.
