Paul joined CCA in Fall 2018 and has been an instructor for the past eleven years. He teaches World history, American history, Africa American history, and many other histories. He is also the director of CCA’s Confluence Conference. His educational background includes a PhD from the University of Colorado, a Masters of Arts from the University of North Texas, and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. His area of concentration is colonial and early U.S. history and his dissertation examined the legal and constitutional ramifications of Pennsylvania’s state government implementing wartime powers during the United States Revolution.
